Nang (flatbread) at street market in Bazaar, Kashgar, an oasis city in Xinjiang Province, China. It is the westernmost city in China, located near the border with Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, and Tajikistan. It was a stop on the Silk Road. Uyghur people are a Central Asian people of Muslim Turkic origin. They are China’s largest minority group.
